The World Series is over, congratulations to Philadelphia. Now I like many other baseball fans start the long wait until the middle of February when pitchers and catchers report for spring training.
Regardless of who your favorite team is this is the time of year you start to think about next year. What rookies will make a difference next year. Will your team sign any free agents. Can you even dream about the big name players available, Manny, Peavy, and the like.
This is what the off season brings. Hope. Optimism.
Winter, cold, dark, snowy, and yet full of possibilities.
